Cold form blister packs are manufactured by sandwiching aluminum foil between PVC and OPA films using dry bond lamination technology. The film laminate is simply pressed into a mold by a stamp without applying heat. Thus the material is called cold forming blister laminate.

The key benefit of cold form blisters is that it provides an impermeable barrier to moisture, light, oxygen, and gasses, show long-term delamination resistance and offers a complete optimal protection by extending product shelf life.
